Can’t open this file. #OneDrive Error

Suppose if you open a file from OneDrive and you get below error as a prompt.

Then follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

1.       First check the OneDrive is present on system tray or not. If it is not present on system tray then click on OneDrive application and open it.

Now check OneDrive app is signed in or not. If the User ID is not signed in into OneDrive, then do signed in with User ID into OneDrive app.

Now try to open the file again from OneDrive.
